Requirements of the Patient

1. Call the Indian Embassy or Consulate in your country to verify the Visa requirements and other formalities. You can find the contact list of Indian Embassy / consulates in your home country by clicking on this medical portal website.

2. Should you and your physician determine that treatment at India is appropriate, request cost estimate of your anticipated treatment in India from us. Nikkis Medicare will prepare an estimate for you including advance deposits as per the policy of its partner hospitals, consultation charges,surgery/treatment/implants costs and hospital fees.

3. Once the procedure is scheduled and accepted by you,please ensure the following:-
(a) Make sure all your travel documents and medical records are in order,including A Passport, India Medical travel Visa and other photo identification.

(b) Full Medical records (translated into English). Include all test reports and surgery
reports, treatment records, and laboratory results.

(c) All films / CD (for example, X-Rays, MRI's, CT scans, Angiogram) along with relevant reports translated into English.

(d) Glass pathology slides if applicable, along with the original report and a copy of the pathology report translated into English.
